1. Term of Limited Warranty Coverage

midas warrants the products to be free from defects under normal use and service for the original purchaser. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. All return products must be received by midas on or before 15 days of the warranty expiration date.

2. Void of Products Warranty

a.

 Products physical damaged due to user abused or improper handling, such as serious scratch on chip or bended pin.

b.

 Products malfunction due to user improper use or installation.

c.

 Deface or remove the original manufacture warranty seal or serial number

3. RMA Return and Warranty Service Procedure

a.

 All return products must first obtain a RMA number from midas before sending for service.

b.

 Complete midas RMA Request Form and fax to 852-21103005 or mail to rma@midasgroup.com.hk
  • Make sure you have filled in the lot number (ex. Z390654 first 7 digits) and date code (ex. 0403UPMW) for AMD cpu.

c.

 A RMA number will be issued for your return products within 48 business hours if there is no any question with your request.

d.

 Follow the instruction below to send your return products to midas RMA service Dept.
  • Enclose one copy of midas RMA Request Form with the RMA number.
  • Remove all customers¡¯ labels and marking on the products completely.
  • Properly pack and ship your return products, and prepay the freight of return. Any damage caused by the improper packing will result to void the warranty of products.

4. Repair, Replacement and Credit Process

a.

 It is midas sole decision to repair or replace the defective products, or return credit for customers.

b.

 midas reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product if the service products are not able to be repaired or not available for replacement.

c.

 For credit return will base on the current market value or the invoice price whichever is lower.

d.

 Credit will be available for the customer future purchase after the return had been verified and processed by midas.

e.

   Estimated RMA service time from the date of received return products.
